Engineering, Procurement & Equipment Leasing
SPG Global Marine Services Limited is a registered, Nigerian-owned limited liability company with expertise in engineering construction management and technical support services for the oil and gas industry.
We also provide mechanical, electrical and general engineering services for construction, dredging and other engineering projects, backed by close partnerships with equipment owners and consultants.

Identification & Evaluation Of Hazards And Effects
These assessments form part of the SPG Global Marine Services Limited CASHES Management System (CASHES-MS).
The following methods and procedures are used to identify and evaluate health, safety and environmental hazards and effects. Key specialist staff are involved in risk assessment exercises using the Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM).

Planning & Procedure
CASHES procedures with a direct bearing on CASHES management for each project are developed and documented. Examples include:
- Manual Handling Procedure
- Alcohol and Drug Procedure
- CASHES Disciplinary Procedure
- Journey Management Procedure
- Emergency Procedure, etc.
Excerpts from these procedures are contained in our CASHES Manual, and they form part of the CASHES Plan document.
Incident Investigation, Reporting & Follow-up
Incidents are reported in line with our procedure for incident notification, investigation and follow-up. All incidents are reported, including near misses. The potential of every incident is assessed with the Risk Assessment Matrix, and the risk rating decides who sits on the investigation panel:
